Second Special Operations Callout in a Week - Camden-WyomingThursday, July 2, 2015
For the second time in a week, the Kent County Special Operation Team (based in Cheswold) was alerted for a vehicle into a structure. Camden-Wyoming responded to a motor vehicle crash and requested the team to shore the building up so that the vehicle could be removed safely. The team arrived and constructed a verticle shore in the dining room of the home and then cleared.
Units responding: Camden-Wyoming Fire Company, Command 43, Special Operations 43-1, 43-10, Rescue 51, & Air/Light 51. Assistant Chief Jeff Brown from station 41 had command.
