Around 7 pm, Cheswold, Clayton, and Smyrna were dispatched for a structure fire on Brenford Road near Seven Hickories Road. Leipsic had a crew in their station and responded under a long standing mutual aid agreement. Deputy Chief Dempsey arrived to find a garage with vehicles on fire inside and outside and threatening a home in front of it. Engine 43-3 arrived and placed 3 hose lines in service and contained the fire to the garage and cars with the help of the other units.
