Another Special Operations Call

Bridgeville
The Kent County Special Operations Team (based in Cheswold & Harlty) was requested to assist the Bridgeville Fire Company and the Sussex County Technical Rescue Team with a trench rescue. There was a report of a worker buried in a trench on a construction site.

The team responded to the scene and assisted with the recovery operations after it was confirmed that the victim was deceased. Kent units were on the scene for approximately four hours.

Kent County units: Special Operations 43-1, 43-10, Rescue 51 (Hartly), Air/Light 51, and Tango 1 (KCEMS)
